Overview
Santiago Gimenez Fan is a website that offers information about the career of football player Santiago Gimenez, his stats, matches and news. The project is just starting and seeks to build trust in users and grow its audience on different platforms.
Goal
Create a site that informs users about current events in Santiago. Generate confidence in the users that visit the site and get them to watch the videos, statistics and news.
Problems
News comes from different media and many times it can be false.
There is no clear and simple way to know Santiago 's statistics and current events in depth.
The variety of sites offering news can be overwhelming for users.
Tools
Customer avatars were created thanks to the research conducted on our users. This was then complemented with a User Journey and Competitive Analysis of the market.
Main challenges
How might we Inform about the results that Santiago has in its games in a simple and easy to access way?
How might we present statistics in a way that is easy for the user to understand?
Solution
Task Flows of the main tasks and a sitemap were created to have a clear and simple organization.
For the visual design I focused on something accessible and that showed personality.
Organization and structure
Create a site that is easy to navigate thanks to an intuitive content organization.
Trust
Generate confidence to users who visit the site, either when they read an article or when they are exploring a screen.
In-depth statistics
Provide users with complete and in-depth Santiago statistics that are easy to understand and navigate.
Create an ecosystem
The site will serve as an entry and distribution point for other social media.
